Documents Required For TCS ILP
I received my joining letter on 7th July 2016 to join on 16th August.I was expecting Trivandrum and it was same.The first and for most thing everyone have to do is to prepare documents.I started the same.I will be explaining about each documents in detail.
Here is the list of all required documents:
1.All Original marks cards(In joining letter it will be written get it attested by G.O but its not mandatory)
i)10th
ii)12th
iii)All Graduation marks card
iv)PDC or course completion certificate from college or u can also bring bonafide certificate from college that you have prepared in final semester exam if your final sem result has not been declared.
Note:If you don't have original marks card of all semester its fine take a web generated result and get it attested by HOD.Nobody will ask for single xerox copy also.
2.SERVICE AGREEMENT:Most important document.If this document is not with you your ILP will be re-schedule for the sure.
2.1 Service agreement should be on 100/- stamp paper n should
be attested by surety...
2.2 Surety can be anyone who is tax payee.He/She can be your mother or father also.
a. If
surety has a passport then no need of surety verification (u should submit the
passport of surety on date of joining)
b. Photocopy of pancard of surety(self attested
by surety).
c. Photocopy of recent form 16/it returns
of surety
. c.1:IT return verification form or acknowledgment of IT return.
d.
Signature of surety on service agreement and pan card and form 16/it returns must
be same.
e. Surety
verification form must be attested by competent authority.
e1:Competent Authority can be G.O or bank manger.
f. All
the pages of service agreement must be attested by surety at the bottom of the
page(* n wherever necessary)
3.NCA:Prepare within one month of joining date
i).Non
criminal affidavit should be on 100/- stamp paper n should be notarised.
ii)Format is available on BGC though here i am providing.
4.PAN CARD:
i)You must have pan card(one photocopy if not attested then also its fine.)
ii)If you dont have pan card then you should have at list acknowledgement slip that proves
you have applied for pan card.
5.PASSPORT:
i)You must have passport (one photocopy if not attested then also its fine.)
ii)If you dont have passport then you should have at list acknowledgement slip that proves
you have applied for passport.6.ADDRESS PROOF OR ID PROOF:
i)Aadhar card,Voter Id,Driving Licence anyone from these is fine.
7.AFFIDAVIT:Format available on BGC but its not necessary to make in that format.
i)If your D.O.B certificate is in regional language.
ii)If you have made any change in ur name or ur father name,mother name.
iii)If you have any GAP in your education career .
8. NSR E CARD:You must have this on the day of joining .
9.. Medical certificate (photo must be attested and stamped).
10.One copy of On boarding form(all three).
10.Offer Letter and Joining Letter(One copy is enough).
NOTE:If you are carrying only one xerox copy of all documents its fine(If not attested then also no problem)
DOCUMENTS TO BE UPLOADED ON BGC:
i)All marks card:10th,12th ,Graduation,PDC.
ii)Address Proof:Aadhar card,Voter Id,Driving Licence(any one of three)
iii)NCA
iv)Affidavit(if any as mentioned above)
v)Birth certificate
vi)Pan card
vii)Passport
**Upload all the docs in background check of next step portal before joining**
